ASPAYM Granada is a nonprofit entity with full legal personality and autonomy to manage it, was created in 1981 by a few patients at the Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos de Toledo, born with social, scientific, cultural and public utilities. It has partners in the provinces of Eastern Andalusia (Granada, Málaga, Jaén and Almería).

Although the main base ASPAYM Granada are people with spinal cord injuries, other major fully integrated partnership with a great social importance disabilities: spina bifida, severely disabled by polio syndrome, double amputees, MS and other major physical disabilities.
